Counselling at your pace

My approach is rooted in person-centred counselling, creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and through a relationship built on empathy, acceptance and trust, counselling can support greater self-awareness, growth and understanding.
-
I offer individual counselling sessions tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Whether you are navigating difficult emotions, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life changes, or simply need a space to feel heard, these session will provide time to explore what matters to you in a supportive and confidential environment.
-
My experience includes supporting adults within counselling and therapeutic settings, working alongside individuals with a range of personal experiences and emotional challenges. Through my counselling practice, I have supported clients in exploring areas such as relationships, self-esteem, identity, difficult emotions and life transitions.
