Enquiry information is stored securely and only accessed by Held With Care Counselling

What happens after an enquiry

If you decide to proceed with counselling, additional information will be collected through a separate client intake form and a counselling contract which will be provided directly to you.

Confidentiality

Information submitted through the enquiry form will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. If you have any concerns about how your data is handled, please contact Held With Care Counselling. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if there are any issues.
